Mirjam Vreeswijk in Kunst is Lang

Mirjam Vreeswijk was a guest at Dutch podcsat Kunst is Lang, made by Mister Motley Magazine. Presenter Luuk Heezen describes her work as follows: “In her surrealist paintings, recognisable objects merge with abstract patches of colour and vast landscapes. Mirjam's visual language resembles that of a fever dream, in which images and meanings merge and the decorative bow is deployed as a silent resistance against a society fixated on efficiency and production.”
