Galerie Fleur & Wouter (Van Ostadestraat 43B, 1072 SN Amsterdam, Chamber of Commerce 69141738) is responsible for the processing of personal data via this website. Questions about your data: info@galeriefleurenwouter.com.

What we collect and why

  • Contact form and artwork enquiries: your name, email address and message, so we can reply to you.
  • Price list requests: your name and email address, so we can send you the price list and follow up on your interest.
  • Newsletter: your email address (and name, if given), to send you news about exhibitions, fairs and events. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every newsletter.
  • Purchases and invoices: name, address and contact details needed to deliver the work, issue an invoice and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for anything other than the purposes above.

Who processes data for us

  • Sanity (content and customer administration), Vercel (hosting of this website), Resend (sending emails from this website), Mailchimp (newsletter), Google Workspace (our email) and Stripe (online payments, if you pay via a payment link).

Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To keep our forms free of automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. It runs invisibly; to determine whether a submission comes from a person, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and characteristics of your browser and device. This is used only to detect abuse, not for advertising. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only functional cookies needed for the site to work are used.

How long we keep data

Enquiries and price list requests: as long as needed to handle your question and follow-up contact. Invoice data: 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing info@galeriefleurenwouter.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
